Evaluation of pre-proposals in Employment
The review panel of the thematic module Employment examined and assessed the pre-proposals.
The submitted pre-proposals for the thematic module Employment were peer-reviewed by external experts and, based on these reviews, carefully evaluated and discussed by the review panel, consisting of eight international experts. The main evaluation criteria were scientific quality and relevance for development.
From a total of 12 submitted pre-proposals, six project teams consisting of Swiss researchers and their research partners from the global south received an invitation to submit a research proposal. The total funding requested in the six pre-proposals amounts to CHF 20 million, whereas the thematic module has a budget of approximately CHF 14 million for six years of research.
